At our Store every Saturday between 11am and 1pm our associate behaviourists, Louise and Pippa hold free drop in clinics for an initial consultation.
So, If you would just like some advice or feel that your dog is displaying problem behaviour that you would like explaining or help with give them a call on 01233 660567 to arrange an appointment.

The Waglife Spa Treatments
Our dedicated staff are waiting to welcome you and your buddy to the Waglife Spa, offering a range of treatments suitable for all dogs.
What we do
- Welcome tour and settle into own individual bed area with tasty treat and relaxation music
- Deep comb and brush through of Undercoat to remove dead (blown) hair and any matting (quick and easy scissor removal is always a last resort for us)
- Shampoo One - Massage foaming bath using John Paul Pet Sensitive Skin Shampoo for deep cleansing of coat
- Shampoo Two - A rinse and gloss shampoo using John Paul Pet product to brighten and refresh the coat
- Water displacement and fluff dry - (We do not use drying cabinets, its all done by hand)
- Scissor or clip to style requested or breed standard (show dogs welcome) cleaning ears, eyes and nail filing if needed (we do not clip)
- Final gloss brush, sheen and tasty treat
